Documents Required For Admission:
- Recent Photographs
- Matriculation or O Level Certificate
- Matriculation or O Level Mark Sheet
- Intermediate or A Level Certificate / Equivalent

The eligibility criteria for Bachelor's programs:
- HSSC/Intermediate or Equivalent Qualification:
- Applicants must have completed their Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC)/Intermediate or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institute.
- Minimum Marks Requirement:
- Candidates should have obtained at least 50% marks in their HSSC/Intermediate or equivalent qualification.
- O Level Candidates:
- For O level candidates, a minimum of 8 subjects, including 5 compulsory subjects (English, Urdu, Mathematics, Islamiat, and Pakistan Studies) should have been studied.
- A Level Candidates:
- A Level candidates must have studied a minimum of 3 subjects.
- Result Awaiting Candidates:
- Candidates who are awaiting their final examination results are also eligible to apply.
- Entrance Test and Interview/Group Discussion:
- All applicants are required to appear in the entrance test conducted by SZABIST Hyderabad Campus. Additionally, they may also need to participate in an interview or group discussion as part of the selection process.
The eligibility criteria for Master’s programs:
- Bachelor's or 16 Years of Education:
- Candidates should have completed a Bachelor's degree or 16 years of education from an HEC recognized institute.
- Minimum Marks or CGPA:
- For most Master's programs, applicants are required to have obtained at least 55% marks or a CGPA of 2.5 out of 4.0 in their Bachelor's or equivalent degree.
- MS Computer Science Program:
- Specifically for the MS Computer Science program, candidates must have cleared their Bachelor's or equivalent degree with a minimum of 60% marks.
- HEC GAT (General) or HAT:
- All applicants applying for Master's programs at SZABIST Hyderabad Campus must have cleared the HEC GAT (General) or relevant HAT with a minimum of 50% marks.
- Result Awaiting Candidates:
- Candidates who are awaiting their final examination results are eligible to apply.
- Entrance Test and Interview/Group Discussion:
All applicants are required to appear in the entrance test conducted by SZABIST Hyderabad Campus. Additionally, they may also need to participate in an interview or group discussion as part of the selection process.
How to Apply for Admission:
- Account Registration:
- All applicants are required to create an account on the SZABIST Hyderabad campus admission portal.
- Sign up by providing your name, email address, mobile number, and other requested details to successfully register your admission portal account.
- Online Application Submission:
- All applications must be submitted online through the admission portal.
- Note that hardcopy or paper-based applications will not be accepted.
- Application Form Completion:
- Fill out the Fall Admission 2023 application form on the admission portal.
- Provide all necessary information and select your desired program.
- Document Submission:
- Scan and upload all requested documents as per the application requirements.
- Application Fee Payment:
- Carefully review your application, then generate the application fee challan to proceed with payment.
- Pay the non-refundable application processing fee of Rs. 1500/- at the nearest branch of Bank Al Habib.
- Upload the paid fee challan receipt to your application portal to complete the submission.
- Admission Confirmation:
- If your application is accepted, you will receive an E-letter from the university confirming your admission.
- Admit Card/Interview Slip:
- Check your application portal regularly to download your SZABIST test admit card or interview slip.
- Important Note:
- Only complete online applications will be considered.
- Submitting any falsified documents will result in the cancellation of admission, and future applications to SZABIST will not be permitted.
