When Pakistan came into being in 1947 exam of Matric and Intermediate were taken through Punjab University. Then afterwards through the Punjab University act 1954, BISE came into being. Now BISE announces 11 class date sheet 2025 but before 1954, it was Punjab University that declared first year date sheet and it used to declare 11th class result. Now criteria has changed and it is BISE which announces inter part 1 date sheet within tenure mentioned above. First year date sheet is announced by different boards in different time periods.
