The examination staff and the center in charge of annual matric exams have become increasingly challenging due to the staff shortage. The lack of teachers, educators, and school heads is causing this disruption. The exams are starting from 4th March, 2025.
This stumbling block has raised serious concerns regarding the smooth and transparent conduct of the annual matric and intermediate exams. The constant reluctance of teachers to participate in the exam duties has urged the request to the Punjab Government to intervene.
The Punjab Education Minister has ordered directives to 43 districts of education, education officers, and school heads. The ministry directive was signed by the Section Officer Ahmed Bilal Khan, ordering immediate assignment of teachers to the exams duties within 24 hours to meet compliance.
