UMT Signs MoU With Sudan Embassy – Scholarships For Sudanese Students

The University of Management and Technology (UMT) has taken the initiative to strengthen educational ties between Pakistan and Sudan. UMT President, Mr. Ibrahim Hasan Murad, announced a special program for Sudan students. This collaboration initiative aims to provide quality education opportunities for international students, especially for Sudanese students. 
 
MoU Signing Ceremony
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the UMT president and the Embassy of the Republic of Sudan working in Pakistan. The event was attended by: 

  • Mr. Ibrahim Hasan Murad – President, UMT

  • Mr. Muttaqi Malik – Director Internationalization, UMT

  • H.E. Salih Mohamed Ahmed – Sudan Embassy in Pakistan

This scholarship is to empower Sudanese youth by providing a class education. This enables them to reach their full potential and make an effective contribution to their country’s development.

Ambassador's Visit to UMT
 
During the signing ceremony, Mr. Muttaqi Malik invited Sudan Ambassador H.E. Salih Mohamed Ahmed to visit the UMT building. The Ambassador accepted the invitation and expressed his happiness to meet the UMT president Mr. Ibrahim Hasan Murad, as the youngest university president in Pakistan.
