State Bank of Pakistan Announces Summer Internship Program for BS and MS Students

• The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has officially announced the Summer Internship Program (SIP), 2025
• The location is SBP headquarters in Karachi, founded by Quaid e Azam  
• Internship comprised of 6 weeks
• Starting from 23 June – 1^st August, 2025
• SIP is open for Pakistani and AJK residents
• Applicants must fulfill the eligibility criteria
• This SIP is solely for BS and MS students

Eligibility Criteria

1. Bachelor program enrolled at least completed 2 years of it
2. Master’s program students in the following subjects

• Economics,
• Business Administration,
• Public Administration,
• Accounting,
• Finance,
• Commerce,
• Mathematics,
• Statistics,
• Human Resources,
• Agriculture,
• Media Sciences/Mass Communication,
• Information Systems,
• Technology

3. With 70% marks in BS and MS programs
4. 3.00 GPA out of 4.00
5. 4.00 GPA out of 5.00
6. Students must meet eligibility criteria
7. Graduate students who are result awaiting are not eligible to apply

The last date to apply for SBP internship program is February 14^th, 2025
Selection Process
On 14^th March 2025, shortlisted students will be notified through provided mail. Email will be comprised of material required for further process:
They have to submit attested copies of

• Official transcript,
• CNIC/NICOP/passport,
• Domicile,
• A passport-size photograph

Disqualification

• If applicants try to influence the selection process, may lead to disqualification.
• Misinformation may lead to immediate disqualification.

Selected Applicants will receive a confirmation email related to the joining date.
Important Note: The internship only happened in Karachi. The SBP is not liable for accommodation or travel expenses.
