Lahore: The fact finding committee of PU on LLB part 2nd paper “Mercantile Law” has now decided to give 5 grace marks to all the candidates in the exam on concluding.
While addressing to the press conference at the Punjab University (PU) Club on Tuesday Dr Shazia Naureen Qureshi the principal of Law College, also cleared that the decision of the committee will also not be cited as precedent in the future to give any relaxation.
Nafeer A Malik, The Principal Quaid-e-Azam Law College, the chairperson of the Fact Finding Committee and the Assistant Professor Punjab University Law College Dr Amanullah Malik as well as other participants of the committee were also present on the spot.
Dr Shazia Qureshi mentioned that the marking of LLB Part 2 paper “Mercantile Law” was accurate and according to the normality and no un-justification was found along with the students during the investigation of checking of all the solved papers. But, she mentioned, that the committee has decided to give 5 grace marks to all the students who appeared in the paper on compassionate ground.
She also added that the result of the aspirants of Punjab law College as well as other private colleges was decent and also was according to the routine in the paper of Mercantile Law
